5:35 PM - 6:05 PM	Junior Eels Pre Competition Swim Lessons - Junior Eels T/TH 9/22-10/22 5:35pm Junior Eels is a pre-competitive program closely linked to our age group Swim Team, Redmond Aquatic Club Eels (RACE.) This course is 10 sessions long, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the goal of teaching young swimmers the basics they will need for swim team practices and competitions. Young swimmers who have an interest in joining swim team, and have swim skills equivalent to Redmond Aquatic Academy’s green level or higher must be able to swim full lengths of the pool, safely, and have a basic knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.

This course is 10 sessions long, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the goal of teaching young swimmers the basics they will need for swim team practices and competitions. Young swimmers who have an interest in joining swim team, and have swim skills equivalent to Redmond Aquatic Academy’s green level or higher must be able to swim full lengths of the pool, safely, and have a basic knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.

These lessons are designed for individuals with disabilities who require a more individualized approach to safely and successfully participate in aquatics programming.Adaptive lessons provide tailored instruction, modified teaching strategies, and a supportive pace to meet each swimmer’s unique needs. Through structured activities, play-based learning, and hands-on coaching, participants are introduced to foundational concepts such as safe water entry, supported floating, breath control, and early self-rescue skills.There are two courses for AquaFamilies:  AquaBabies, for children ages 6 months-3 years, and AquaTots, for participants 3 to 6 years. AquaFamilies is ideal for young swimmers and their caregivers who are looking to build comfort in the water, develop lifelong safety habits, and create positive, engaging aquatic experiences together.

This course is 10 sessions long, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the goal of teaching young swimmers the basics they will need for swim team practices and competitions. Young swimmers who have an interest in joining swim team, and have swim skills equivalent to Redmond Aquatic Academy’s green level or higher must be able to swim full lengths of the pool, safely, and have a basic knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.

This course is 10 sessions long, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the goal of teaching young swimmers the basics they will need for swim team practices and competitions. Young swimmers who have an interest in joining swim team, and have swim skills equivalent to Redmond Aquatic Academy’s green level or higher must be able to swim full lengths of the pool, safely, and have a basic knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.

Young swimmers who have an interest in joining swim team, and have swim skills equivalent to Redmond Aquatic Academy’s green level or higher must be able to swim full lengths of the pool, safely, and have a basic knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.

Through structured activities, play-based learning, and hands-on coaching, participants are introduced to foundational concepts such as safe water entry, supported floating, breath control, and early self-rescue skills.There are two courses for AquaFamilies:  AquaBabies, for children ages 6 months-3 years, and AquaTots, for participants 3 to 6 years. 5:35 PM - 6:05 PM	Junior Eels Pre Competition Swim Lessons - Junior Eels T/TH 9/22-10/22 5:35pm Junior Eels is a pre-competitive program closely linked to our age group Swim Team, Redmond Aquatic Club Eels (RACE.) This course is 10 sessions long, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the goal of teaching young swimmers the basics they will need for swim team practices and competitions. Young swimmers who have an interest in joining swim team, and have swim skills equivalent to Redmond Aquatic Academy’s green level or higher must be able to swim full lengths of the pool, safely, and have a basic knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.
