Kids Yoga • Register • View Cart •

Kids Yoga can be expressed in one word: FUN! This class features imaginative play with yoga poses, fun songs and fosters creativity while also working on gross and fine motor skills for your child. Each of the 4 classes will feature a theme and will have a worksheet to take home so you can continue to practice the poses at home. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend and even join in with your child.
