Join professional kids yoga instructor Amber for a class that is all about FUN! Kids Yoga is an engaging class utilizing songs, breathwork and stretching to teach children how to be mindful and connect with their bodies. Yoga mats are provided if you do not have one of your own. This will be a running class held the first Saturday of each month. Pre-registration is required.
