Whenever possible, we support swimmers in participating in our AquaKids group lesson program, where they can build skills alongside their peers in a structured and engaging setting.For swimmers who may require additional support beyond what can be provided in a group environment, we offer Adaptive Swim Lessons. These lessons are designed for individuals with disabilities who require a more individualized approach to safely and successfully participate in aquatics programming.Adaptive lessons provide tailored instruction, modified teaching strategies, and a supportive pace to meet each swimmer’s unique needs. Our goal is to build water safety skills, confidence, and independence while ensuring a positive and empowering experience in the water.We encourage families to consider group lesson placement when appropriate, and our team is happy to help determine the best fit for each swimmer based on their needs, goals, and comfort level.

Through structured activities, play-based learning, and hands-on coaching, participants are introduced to foundational concepts such as safe water entry, supported floating, breath control, and early self-rescue skills.There are two courses for AquaFamilies:  AquaBabies, for children ages 6 months-3 years, and AquaTots, for participants 3 to 6 years. AquaFamilies is ideal for young swimmers and their caregivers who are looking to build comfort in the water, develop lifelong safety habits, and create positive, engaging aquatic experiences together.

Whenever possible, we support swimmers in participating in our AquaKids group lesson program, where they can build skills alongside their peers in a structured and engaging setting.For swimmers who may require additional support beyond what can be provided in a group environment, we offer Adaptive Swim Lessons. These lessons are designed for individuals with disabilities who require a more individualized approach to safely and successfully participate in aquatics programming.Adaptive lessons provide tailored instruction, modified teaching strategies, and a supportive pace to meet each swimmer’s unique needs. Through structured activities, play-based learning, and hands-on coaching, participants are introduced to foundational concepts such as safe water entry, supported floating, breath control, and early self-rescue skills.There are two courses for AquaFamilies:  AquaBabies, for children ages 6 months-3 years, and AquaTots, for participants 3 to 6 years. Whenever possible, we support swimmers in participating in our AquaKids group lesson program, where they can build skills alongside their peers in a structured and engaging setting.For swimmers who may require additional support beyond what can be provided in a group environment, we offer Adaptive Swim Lessons. These lessons are designed for individuals with disabilities who require a more individualized approach to safely and successfully participate in aquatics programming.Adaptive lessons provide tailored instruction, modified teaching strategies, and a supportive pace to meet each swimmer’s unique needs. Our goal is to build water safety skills, confidence, and independence while ensuring a positive and empowering experience in the water.We encourage families to consider group lesson placement when appropriate, and our team is happy to help determine the best fit for each swimmer based on their needs, goals, and comfort level.

Whenever possible, we support swimmers in participating in our AquaKids group lesson program, where they can build skills alongside their peers in a structured and engaging setting.For swimmers who may require additional support beyond what can be provided in a group environment, we offer Adaptive Swim Lessons. These lessons are designed for individuals with disabilities who require a more individualized approach to safely and successfully participate in aquatics programming.Adaptive lessons provide tailored instruction, modified teaching strategies, and a supportive pace to meet each swimmer’s unique needs. Our goal is to build water safety skills, confidence, and independence while ensuring a positive and empowering experience in the water.We encourage families to consider group lesson placement when appropriate, and our team is happy to help determine the best fit for each swimmer based on their needs, goals, and comfort level.

Through structured activities, play-based learning, and hands-on coaching, participants are introduced to foundational concepts such as safe water entry, supported floating, breath control, and early self-rescue skills.There are two courses for AquaFamilies:  AquaBabies, for children ages 6 months-3 years, and AquaTots, for participants 3 to 6 years. AquaFamilies is ideal for young swimmers and their caregivers who are looking to build comfort in the water, develop lifelong safety habits, and create positive, engaging aquatic experiences together.

We believe that learning to swim opens up a world of recreational and fitness opportunities that span a lifetime. Our mission is to provide effective, accessible and engaging aquatic programs for all ages and abilities. Redmond Aquatic Academy programming is based on a progressive levels structure. After completing the 6 and up basic levels ,(White, Orange and Green.) parents and participants can choose to continue to the Swim-for-Life recreational track and complete the blue and black levels, or branch off to the competitive swimming track; Junior Eels and then RACE.
